Get a FREE 10-minute massage during lunchtime on Thursday 8 September and also attend FREE diet and physio workshops for you to learn how to boost your immunity and the top tips of performing at your best while running to get fit. We will also have a Physio, a Dietitian, a Personal Trainer and an Exercise Physiologist available for general Q&A (or just for a chat!) on the day.
