National Relaxation Day is held on 15 August each year, first introduced in 1985 by Sean Moeller. It’s a day that aims to inspire individuals to slow down and unwind, focusing on taking care of yourself and taking a moment to relax. Be reminded of the importance of relieving stress from work and our busy lifestyles by coming down to Brett Whiteley Place for a free succulent or tea box.
